Access to Quality Vocational Rehabilitation Services

Through our Client Assistance Program, Disability Rights DC (DRDC) advocates for quality vocational and independent living supports from the DC Rehabilitation Services Administration (DCRSA) so that people with disabilities can prepare for, enter, engage in, or retain employment and live as independently as possible in the community.  Through this program, DRDC represents people with disabilities who have been found ineligible for DCRSA services, who have been denied a necessary service by DCRSA, face a failure to or delay in implementing an Individual Plan for Employment (IPE), have conflicts with their DCRSA counselor, or face other rights violations.

Requests for assistance under the Client Assistance Program are assessed on a case-by-case basis based on resources.
